Rare & Beautiful Black Shungite Carving from Russia

This breathtaking sculpture is a perfect tetrahedron - 100mm on each side, which is about 4 inches. It was carved in Russia with nicely rounded edges, not too sharp or pointy, friendly to handle. 

All four sides are polished so you can use any side as the base. 

All of the flecks, lines and "microcracks" are completely normal and natural to the shungite stone. You can see the mineral inclusions - which are likely pyrite and quartz.

The tetrahedron comes with a triangular selenite slab, as a base, measuring 6 inches on each side and about half an inch thick.
